EUROFINANZZA CONNECT

A NEW ERA OF
TELECOMMUNICATIONS
AT YOUR SERVICE
IN THE UNITED KINGDOM

DIVERTING ALL YOUR UK CALLS TO YOUR
INTERNATIONAL LAND OR MOBILE NUMBER

Are you a non-UK resident? Have a UK Virtual Phone Number redirected to your international phone line with absolutely NO cost to you per diverted Call. This is the perfect solution for any business or individual looking to have a UK presence. Find out more...

International Direct Connect (IDC)
Have a UK phone number directly connected to your overseas phone line without needing to be registered in the UK.

Businesses trading from outside the UK can now offer their UK customers the option to call them for the price of a UK phone call. At present many businesses that are based abroad, but trade in the UK require their customers to dial their international phone number. This can cost the caller a lot of money and at the same time can put off those that would have called them had they been based in the UK.
Through one of our telecom suppliers, we can provide free redirection of UK 0871 virtual numbers direct to fixed-lines in over 70 overseas countries. These include the big 6: Canada; China; Hong Kong; Malaysia; Singapore; USA.

The savings to you and your callers are substantial since you no longer pay for the cost of calls being diverted from the UK to your international phone line and the caller only pays the price of a UK phone call rather than a higher priced international call to contact you.

So, whether you are running a news organisation in Zurich, a mail-order company in the Spain, a call centre in Spain, or a tourist venture in Australia - if you are receiving calls from the UK, then make it easy for your customers to reach you by giving them a UK number that they can call.

A note for American companies
Many American companies (catalogue/internet publishers especially) give only a 1-800 number in their sales literature and on their websites forgetting that potential purchasers from most other countries are unable to access 1-800 from overseas or, if they can, they are then charged full international rates. United Kingdom residents are generally able to access 1-800 numbers but are paying full international rates. Whenever a UK resident calls an American 1-800 number they will always receive the following message before being connected: “Access to the 800 number you have dialled is not free of charge outside the United States. If answered you will be charged at international direct dialling rates for the call. If you do not wish to proceed with this call please hang up now.”

Should they continue with the call they will then be charged up to 23.6p (40c) per minute, as opposed to as little as 10p (approx. 19.2c) per minute with our Telecom providers. If you are interested in international business (and there are 60 million people in the UK) then simply by adding a UK phone number to your advertising, your website, or within your catalogue, you could open up an entirely new market, with no cost to you. You simply add the following words: UK Phone – Call 0871 XXX XXXX

Products and Services
Our non-geographic number solutions allow your customers to contact you easily and economically, maximising each call to the benefit of your business.

The issue
You want to maximise the effectiveness of your advertising and marketing campaigns but don't want to be tied to one geographic number, which may change over time as your business expands or you change location.

Non-geographic number solutions
We currently offer several core non-geographic numbers solutions designed to maximise your inbound and outbound calls.

VIRTUAL NUMBERS

084x LOCAL CALL
0844 & 0845 numbers (local rate numbers) enable people to call you from anywhere in the UK for the price of a local rate call, making your business as easy to reach as any local company.

Simply use a number from our range of numbers or take advantage of portability (*) to move your current number from BT. Our provider’s network will then deliver calls to your chosen destination - call centre, sales team or service desk etc. Callers only pay the cost of a local call (included on their normal phone bill).

(*) Our wide range of porting agreements means that when you implement our telecom solution, you can retain your existing non-geographic 0845, 0870 and 0871 phone numbers, removing the cost and inconvenience of re-advertising a new number, changing literature, business cards etc.

What is porting?
Porting is the process of moving the responsibility for the managing and the routing of a telephone number from one carrier (e.g. BT) to another.
Porting your number is a very simple procedure designed to cause little or no interruption to your service.

Q: Why am I having difficulties dialling my 08xx/070x number from outside the UK?
A: Problems dialling an 08xx/070x Number from outside the UK are normally related to dialling the incorrect access code. When you dial any UK number, you must include all the international codes necessary for calling the UK. (Always remove the first zero of UK numbers, when calling from an international phone line). For more information on international access codes please contact us.

IMPORTANT: When a UK number is dialled from an international phone line, it is the telecom provider in the country where the call originates from who is responsible for routing the call to the UK. If your call cannot be connected, then you must report this fault to the telecom operator being using to make the call and have calls to these UK numbers unblocked.

Q: How much does it cost to call a 08xx/070x number from outside the UK?
A: The cost of calling a 08xx/070x number from an international landline or mobile phone varies according to the charges of the international operator service that places the call. Your telephone company will offer a standard international charge for contacting this type of number. Please contact your international operator for more exact information on the price of calling a 08xx/070x number from outside of the UK.

Q: Are your prices including or excluding VAT?
A: All prices listed on our website are excluding VAT @17.5% unless otherwise stated.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept wire/bank transfers or Western Union Money Transfer. Please contact us for more details.
